Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals. Experience in the Canadian IT recruitment/staffing market will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
Understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable IT profiles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
Update candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
Work closely with Account Managers and recruitment teams to fulfil client requirements.
Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace.
Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with the Canadian market.
Preferred / Added Advantage
