As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll serve as a technical lead for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network solutions across multiple customer environments. You'll resolve complex escalations, mentor engineering staff, and drive continuous service improvement. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to take on more ownership, guide others, and be the go-to person when things get technically challenging.
What You'll Do
Serve as technical lead for design, implementation, and support of enterprise network solutions
Resolve complex escalations across multiple customer environments
Mentor engineering staff and drive continuous service improvement
Partner with clients to optimize network performance, security, and availability
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards
Lead root-cause analysis for major incidents
Support planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For
Significant experience in network engineering, including senior or lead responsibilities
Robust expertise in enterprise routing, switching, and security technologies
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
Experience leading or coordinating complex technical projects
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Comfort taking ownership of critical, high-visibility issues
Nice to Have
Advanced certification (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent)
Experience with network automation or scripting
Background working across multiple enterprise client environments
