We're doing personalised meal prep in Coimbatore, cooked and delivered daily. Over the next few months we are adding blood testing and wearable tracking on top, building towards a preventative care platform. Around 200 customers, small team, we're building quick.

The role
You'll own logistics and operations across kitchen, purchase, delivery, relations with labs and more.
Manage inventory and purchase
Ensure smooth operations following standards in kitchen by chefs
Manage delivery fleet, routes and schedules
Turn every recurring problem into a checklist so it stops recurring

What we look for
Relentless executor who thrives in uncertain environments
Someone who does what's needed without being told. Detail obsessed.
Comfortable on the floor with vendors, chefs and delivery partners, in Tamil and English
Meticulous. Writes things down and stays organised
Comfortable with early starts and things breaking at odd hours
Quick on feet when something breaks.
