We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit processes. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Accounting
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Ensure accurate maintenance and review of books of accounts.
Review financial transactions and supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage and ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory documents.
Stay updated with changes in taxation and financial regulations.




Coordinate with external consultants and relevant authorities whenever required.
Audit & Financial Controls
Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes.
Ensure financial records and supporting documents are properly maintained.
Address audit observations and implement necessary corrective actions.
Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls and processes.
Financial Planning & Reporting
Prepare and review financial MIS and management reports.
Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial information and documentation.
Improve financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
