The Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Electronics & Embedded Engineer to take on a leadership role that will oversee all aspects related to electronics and embedded systems within the company. This role is ideal for someone who can manage and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers, interface with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, product, and manufacturing), build solid relationships with vendors in the electronics supply chain, and ensure technical excellence across all projects.
While this is a senior leadership role, we value hands-on technical expertise — you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, dive deep into design, testing, and troubleshooting, and actively contribute to the execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and analysis of analog and digital electronic circuits, schematics,



and PCBs (including high-speed designs).
Own the entire electronics and embedded systems function on assigned projects
Assist the Head of Electronics to plan, manage, track and report the stage of various electronics projects
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of electronics and embedded engineers.
Drive component selection, BOM creation, and vendor coordination for the electronics supply chain.
Ensure timely execution of projects by managing priorities, resources, and schedules.
Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Assemble and test circuits on breadboards, prototype PCBs, and development boards.
Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits, firmware, and system-level issues.
Lead compliance testing and validation according to relevant standards, including IEC 60601, IEC 62304 and other applicable regulations.
