IBEES is a brand communications agency offering integrated offline and digital solutions. We are looking for a mature, hands-on HR Generalist who can independently manage the employee lifecycle while helping us strengthen recruitment, performance, learning, culture and people practices.
This is not intended to be a purely administrative HR role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong execution with sound HR judgement, work closely with business and creative teams, and build practical people processes suited to a fast-moving agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process across creative, digital, client servicing, media, strategy, operations and support functions.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements, define role expectations, improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-fill.
Build and maintain structured talent pipelines through job portals,



referrals, networking and other relevant sourcing channels.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, documentation, engagement, grievance handling and exits.
Drive a structured Performance Management System (PMS) including KRAs, KPIs, goal-setting, review cycles, performance discussions, calibration and Performance Improvement Plans where required.
Work with managers to improve the quality of performance conversations and ensure that appraisals are evidence-based and aligned with business objectives.
Identify capability gaps through Training Needs Analysis and develop practical learning and development initiatives for employees and managers.
Create and maintain an annual training calendar covering functional, behavioural, managerial and leadership development requirements.
