Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities,



building and managing relationships with distribution partners, corporate clients, and key stakeholders, and driving sales growth for life insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and supporting the design of tailored insurance solutions that align with customer needs. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective execution of business plans and achievement of revenue targets. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to refine strategies and contribute to long-term business expansion.
