We are seeking a Senior Manager – Institutional Sales to spearhead Green Grahi’s growth with fertilizer companies, regional agri-corporates, and other institutional partners.

Role Summary

As Senior Manager – Institutional Sales, you will:



Lead B2 B and institutional sales of Green Grahi’s biological inputs to regional and national fertilizer companies, large agri-corporates, and export-oriented plantations. Drive techno-commercial discussions, presenting product performance and ROI to client decision-makers. Build Green Grahi’s footprint by developing strategic partnerships with procurement heads, product managers, and agronomists across client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage institutional accounts and partnerships with fertilizer companies, agri-corporates, and FPOs. Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to build confidence in Green Grahi’s offerings. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Work closely with R& D, production, and regulatory teams to align solutions with client needs. Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments t
