About the Role:
NetGains Technologies is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive enterprise sales and current business development for our IT and SaaS solutions.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will be responsible for prospecting, connecting with decision-makers, understanding business challenges, presenting solutions, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales , preferably within IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Technology, and should be comfortable interacting with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, founders, and business owners .

The focus is on selling business outcomes such as cost savings, security, reliability, compliance, and improved infrastructure performance , rather than simply selling product features.

- Identify and prospect enterprise accounts and generate new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, events, and other channels .
