What you'll do:1 Design and build automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make (or similar)2 Write and maintain code to extend automations beyond what no-code tools can handle3 Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal systems into seamless pipelines4 Identify repetitive processes and turn them into hands-free solutions5 Collaborate with product and ops teams to scope and ship automation projects fast What we're looking for:1 1–2 years of hands-on experience in automation, AI tooling, or a related technical role2 Solid experience with automation platforms — n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.3 Must have coding skills across: Python/Django, Type Script & Java Script4 Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks5 Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI APIs (Open AI, Claude SDK, etc.)4 Comfortable using and managing Slack for team communication and community workflows Why join us:1 Work on real, high-impact projects from day one2 Flat structure
