nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team.
nThe role involves identifying current opportunities, meeting customers, understanding their electricity requirements and selling customized solar solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new solar sales opportunities.n
- Converting leads to customersn
- Conduct customer meetings and regular field visits.n
- Understand electricity bills,



consumption and customer requirements.n
- Identify suitable solar opportunities for residential, commercial and industrial customers.n
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and system design.n
- Present solar proposals, savings and ROI to customers.n
- Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections.n
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.n
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information.n
- Build strong long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.n
- Has to work on weekends if required. Working week will be off on alternate Saturdays.n
- Will be eligible for public holidaysn
- Post completion of probation, leave policy will be confirmed with the employee.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.n
- Experience in solar, electrical, EPC or technical sales will be an advantage but not mandato
