Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant Experience: 5 To 13 Location - Noida Job Description We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 10+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and related modules, along with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules based on business requirements. Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Perform business process configuration and security administration. Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and production issues. Configure calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards, and business processes. Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Perform data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities. Support Workday releases by evaluating new features and implementing relevant enhancements. Create functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge
