Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect – Studio Head with 9–12 years of experience to work directly with the Principal Architect and lead the architectural studio.
The role combines design leadership, project delivery, Revit/BIM management, consultant coordination, client interaction and team mentorship .
Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Leadership
- Work closely with the Principal Architect to translate the studio’s design vision into well-resolved projects.
- Lead projects from concept and design development through documentation and execution .
- Review planning, massing, façades, materials and architectural detailing.
- Ensure design quality, functionality, efficiency and constructability across projects.

Studio & Team Leadership
- Lead Project Architects, Junior Architects and the BIM Team .
- Allocate
