About the Role We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment. Responsibilities - Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations - Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects - Coordinate with design, procurement,



and execution teams - Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing - Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details - Track project costs and support in cost control and optimization - Assist in project planning and execution support - Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates Qualifications - 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying - Age below 32 years - Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying - Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation - Experience in residential interior projects - Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow - Strong analytical and communication skills Required Skills - BOQ Preparation - Cost Estimation - Interior Fit-out - AutoCAD - Vendor Coordination - Project Coordination Preferred Skills - Candidates from NICMAR (Pune) / RICS - Experience in residential interior projects - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines Pay Range and Compensation Package As per industry standards
