About the Role:
NetGains Technologies is looking for a Asst. Business Development Manager/ Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and new business development for our IT and SaaS solutions.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will be responsible for prospecting, connecting with decision-makers, understanding business challenges, presenting solutions, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales- preferably within IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Technology, and should be comfortable interacting with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, founders,



and business owners .

You will be selling a portfolio of enterprise technology solutions, including:
- DNSSync – DNS orchestration and automated failover solution.
- Trove.M365 – AI-powered Microsoft 365 archiving and storage optimization.
- M3C Platform – High-volume transactional and promotional email delivery.
- SpamFence – AI-powered email security and Data Loss Prevention.
- OfficeConnect – Business email and collaboration platform.

The focus is on selling business outcomes such as cost savings, security, reliability, compliance, and improved infrastructure performance , rather than simply selling product features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect enterprise accounts and generate current business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, events, and other channels .
- Connect with CIOs, CTOs, IT Head
