Role Description The Senior Upwork Bidder will focus on identifying relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms, crafting tailored proposals, and driving lead generation for HackerKernel’s services.



This full-time hybrid role is based in Bhopal, with the option for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, coordinating with technical teams to estimate scope and effort, and writing clear, persuasive bids that align with client needs and company capabilities. The person in this role will manage the bidding pipeline, track proposal performance, follow up with prospects, and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the pre-sales cycle. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to refine service offerings, pricing, and positioning is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
Strong proposal writing and business communication skills, with the ability to create clear, client-focused bids.
Experience in online bidding and lead generation on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar marketplaces.
