About the Internship
Maskoid Technologies is looking for a Client Communication & Management Intern who is confident, organized, and interested in building a career in client communication, client relationship management, and project coordination.
This is a hands-on paid internship where you will get the chance to communicate with real clients and work closely with our internal teams.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns.
Clearly communicate client requirements to the respective internal teams.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
Follow up with team members on ongoing client tasks and deliverables.
Provide clients with regular updates regarding project progress.
Handle day-to-day client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolutions.
Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, and follow-ups.
Coordinate client meetings and discussions when required.
Prepare meeting notes and communicate action items to the concerned team.
Follow up on deadlines and ensure client requirements are properly communicated and tracked.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Identify client concerns and escalate
