We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of the current-business pipeline from identifying the right prospects to generating conversations, conducting discovery, presenting solutions, and ultimately closing deals.

This is a target-driven, research-oriented sales role for someone who knows how to find opportunities, approach decision-makers, understand business challenges, and convert prospects into clients.

What You'll Do
Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential clients across relevant industries and business categories.
Research companies, decision-makers, industries, and market opportunities to identify high-potential prospects.
Extract, organize, and maintain prospect data using relevant databases, online platforms, directories, LinkedIn,



and other research sources.
Segment prospects based on industry, company size, business model, location, requirements, and potential fit.
Develop targeted outreach strategies based on prospect and business research.
Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B prospecting activities.
Connect with decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.
Understand prospect challenges and identify opportunities where Mage Growth's services can create value.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, decision-making authority, budget, and potential opportunity.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls and business meetings with prospective clients.
Present Mage Growth's services and develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial discussions with support from the relevant internal teams.
