We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can identify and onboard established brands and companies looking for third-party/contract manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new B2B clients in the Ayurveda, Nutraceutical, Herbal, Wellness, Supplements and FMCG sectors.
* Generate qualified leads through market research, LinkedIn, industry databases, exhibitions, references, networking and other relevant channels.




* Approach established brands and companies and understand their third-party/contract manufacturing requirements.
* Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into business.
* Present Kaara Naturals’ manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio, infrastructure, quality standards and end-to-end solutions to potential clients.
* Understand client requirements related to product development, formulations, packaging, MOQ, pricing, regulatory requirements and timelines, and coordinate internally to provide suitable solutions.
* Prepare and share commercial proposals, quotations and business presentations in coordination with the concerned teams.
* Lead negotiations with clients regarding pricing, MOQ, payment terms, timelines and other commercial requirements.
* Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
