CONEXIONS INDIA has completed 18 years in the travel industry and is looking for an experienced Visa Consultant / Visa Executive to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of visa processes, documentation and applications, along with excellent customer-handling skills.
? WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 3–6 years of relevant visa/travel industry experience
• Strong knowledge of International Visa Processes
• Excellent knowledge of visa documentation and checklists
• Experience handling B2C visa enquiries and clients
• Ability to independently manage visa cases from enquiry to submission
• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures and requirements
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Good coordination with clients, embassies, VFS centres and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
? VISA KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the following destinations will be preferred:
Schengen | UK | USA | Canada | Australia | Recent Zealand | Japan | Singapore | Dubai/UAE | Other International Destinations
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




• Handle visa enquiries received from B2C clients
• Understand client requirements and advise on the appropriate visa category
• Prepare and explain visa checklists and documentation requirements
• Scrutinize documents before submission
• Handle visa forms and application preparation
• Coordinate for VFS/Embassy appointments and submissions
• Follow up on visa applications and provide regular updates to clients
• Coordinate with clients for additional documents and clarifications
• Maintain proper records of all visa applications
• Handle visa-related queries, amendments and post-submission requirements
• Keep updated with changing visa rules, documentation requirements and procedures
• Coordinate closely with the Travel & Operations Team
• Ensure timely and professional service to every client
