Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B &B2C; sales, business expansion, lead generation, and revenue growth across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Building Materials, Real Estate, EdTech/Edutech, Infrastructure, Education, or other B2B solution-based industries, with a proven ability to engage decision-makers, develop sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
Generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, channel partners, industry associations, and market research.
Identify and engage key decision-makers across real estate developers, schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporates, infrastructure companies, architects, consultants, contractors, sports academies, clubs, and other institutional customers.




Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Kerala.
Identify current business opportunities in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and develop market-entry strategies.
Build relationships with architects, builders, developers, procurement teams, institutional heads, promoters, and CXOs.
Sales & Business Closures
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, solution demonstrations, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend customized products, solutions, and project offerings.
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, BOQs, commercial offers, and presentations with internal teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and order booking.
Lead commercial negotiations and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop opportunities for both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
