Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) who can take ownership of the top and middle stages of the B2B enterprise sales funnel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects and creating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Business Development/Enterprise Sales team.




This role requires a strong combination of consultative communication, prospecting skills, business understanding, technology awareness and CRM discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and research high-potential B2B accounts across target industries.
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, email, databases and other qualified channels.
Identify key decision-makers such as CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Operations Heads, HR Heads, Compliance Heads, Purchase Heads and Process Owners.
Conduct structured outbound calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
Develop account-based prospecting strategies for strategic accounts.
2. Lead Qualification
Engage prospects to understand their existing document and business-process challenges.
Identify pain points related to:
Manual documentation
Paper-based processes
Approval delays
Document security
Compliance
