About the Role:
We’re looking for a Purchase Executive to support our procurement team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities. The role requires experience in handling capital goods, vendor coordination, and exposure to import/export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage Purchase Orders based on project needs
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely order confirmations and deliveries
Coordinate with finance for vendor payments
Support the project and design teams by sourcing the right equipment as per specifications
Track delivery schedules and manage documentation for imports
Maintain vendor data, pricing, and purchase records
What We’re Looking For:
Academic background in Engineering/Supply Chain
Basic understanding of import/export procedures
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, or similar software
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with EPC or turnkey project environments is a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain or equivalent
