Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales growth and market development for Neoceram’s products and solutions in the assigned territory. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts,



and building strong long-term relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical and related industries. The role involves conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating technical discussions with internal teams, and preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts. The Area Sales Manager monitors market trends and competitor activity, provides sales forecasts and reports, and collaborates with marketing and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Regular travel within the region for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events is expected.
