About the Role
Digikore Studios is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head – OTT to lead the sales and monetization strategy for our OTT content and shows, including our projects available on platforms such as JioCinema.

The ideal candidate will have strong core sales experience in the OTT, digital media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry, with a proven track record of building client relationships, closing business, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales strategy and revenue generation for Digikore Studios’ OTT shows and content.
Identify and develop current business opportunities across OTT platforms, digital media, brands, agencies, and advertisers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OTT platforms, media agencies, brands, advertisers, and content partners.
Drive content monetization, sponsorships, brand integrations, advertising, and commercial partnerships.




Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and relationship management.
Develop compelling sales pitches, commercial proposals, and content-led solutions for clients.
Achieve revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the OTT and digital entertainment space.
Work closely with Content, Production, Marketing, and Business teams to develop commercially viable opportunities.
Lead negotiations and ensure successful closure of high-value deals.

What We’re Looking For
8+ years of core sales experience, preferably within OTT, digital media, entertainment, broadcasting, or advertising.
Strong existing network among OTT platforms, media agencies, advertisers, and brands.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
Strong understanding of OTT monetization and digital advertising models.
