Role Description
The Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities in the travel, corporate events, and MICE industry, while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event partners, and other stakeholders.




Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, identifying potential corporate clients, conducting market research, analyzing market trends and customer requirements, and developing customized travel and event solutions.
The role will also involve promoting and selling corporate travel programs, MICE services, conferences, meetings, corporate events, incentive trips, team outings, and corporate offsites. Candidates will be responsible for preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and customized packages based on client requirements.
The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, hotels, airlines, destination partners, and event vendors to develop and deliver high-quality travel and event experiences. The candidate will support client interactions, maintain long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
