Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing current markets, generating qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with industrial customers. The role requires extensive field visits, customer interactions, and strategic sales planning to expand the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Develop new customers in manufacturing, engineering, OEM, automotive, fabrication, EPC, and other industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the internal sales team.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales funnel reports.
Track sales activities, customer visits, opportunities, and conversions through CRM or MIS reports.
Identify competitor activities, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.
