Molex is seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to join our Supply Chain team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of materials and products from approved suppliers while balancing cost, quality, and delivery objectives. You will collaborate across purchasing, planning, logistics, customer service, and supplier networks to support business growth and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be part of a energetic Supply Chain organization that works closely with manufacturing, logistics, customer service, sales, and supplier partners. The team is focused on creating value through effective sourcing strategies, inventory optimization, supplier development, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery, quality performance, and cost competitiveness.
Evaluate supplier performance and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.




Manage purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to meet changing production and customer requirements.
Monitor material availability and delivery schedules to support uninterrupted operations.
Maintain accurate procurement, planning, and material-master data within SAP and MRP systems.
Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and support customs clearance activities for imported materials.
Partner with customer service teams to resolve order-related challenges and ensure a positive customer experience.
Support forecasting and supply planning activities by working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor inventory health and drive actions to reduce slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Assist with supplier claims, invoice discrepancies, and material-related issue resolution.
