? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant/Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a robust balance of 60% Administration and 40% Development, with proven expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, case management, and integrations.
? Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Knowledge Base.
Design and implement Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Routing to streamline customer service operations.
Support and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations, Named Credentials, and external system connectivity.
Manage user security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules for compliance and governance.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for controlled deployments.




Deliver reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into service performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
? Required Skills & Experience
9–15 years of IT experience, with 8+ years in Salesforce.
Strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud & Omni-Channel.
Proficiency in Salesforce Administration (users, security, configuration, automation).
Development exposure in Apex, LWC, Visualforce (minimum 40% contribution).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Copado, Git, Azure DevOps).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
