About the Role
Mentors Eduserv is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Associates to expand our business presence across Bihar and Jharkhand. The role involves field sales, lead generation, business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Visit schools, coaching institutes, educational organizations, and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Monitor market and competitor activities and share feedback with management.




• Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, Customer Acquisition, or Institutional Sales.
• Experience in Education/EdTech sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Confident, skilled, and presentable personality.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace is an advantage.

Supaul, Darbhanga, Saharsa, Khagaria, Araria, Motihari, Bettiah, Siwan, Purnea, Bhagalpur, Aurangabad, Sasaram, and other locations across Bihar & Jharkhand based on business requirements.
