Role Description The Human Resources Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations,



ensuring consistent implementation of policies and procedures across SLK GROUP OF COMPANY'S (INDIA). This is a full-time, in office role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. Responsibilities include overseeing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, attendance and leave records, and personnel file management. The role will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, support performance management activities, and assist in disciplinary and grievance processes in alignment with company policies and labor regulations. The Human Resources Officer will also help develop and update job descriptions, support HR documentation and compliance, coordinate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with management to foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
