Pocketful of Cherrie is a contemporary womenswear label known for expressive prints, natural fabrics and our signature pockets.
We’re looking for a commercially driven Brand Merchandiser who doesn’t just manage stock, they actively help us sell more.
The Role
This is a brand-side merchandising role with strong ownership of sales, MBOs, exhibitions and business development.
You will work closely with the Founder, Design and Production teams to ensure we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right places and that they sell.
What you'll be responsible for
Manage product assortment, inventory and stock allocation across D2C, MBOs and offline channels.
Identify, evaluate and onboard new MBOs/retail partners, while building robust relationships with existing ones.
Analyse MBO-wise sales and ensure the right assortment and stock levels to maximise sell-through and repeat orders.
Identify,



evaluate and manage exhibitions and pop-ups end-to-end — from finding opportunities and coordinating logistics to stock planning and on-ground execution.
Be present at key exhibitions and take ownership of maximising sales, customer engagement and brand presentation.
Track sales, bestsellers, slow movers and inventory and turn these insights into actionable merchandising decisions.
Constantly identify new ideas, channels and opportunities to increase sales.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and ensure excellent service that drives repeat business.
Work with Design and Production to ensure commercially relevant products are developed and delivered on time.
We're looking for someone who
Has 2–5 years of brand-side fashion merchandising experience.
Has worked with a fashion label, designer brand, D2C brand or premium/luxury womenswear brand.
Has a strong understanding of sales, inventory, product assortment and commercial
