About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in the payments industry to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in credit and debit card ecosystems, issuer and processor models, account-level data management, and up-to-date digital product development. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams to define product vision, identify market opportunities, and deliver customer-centric payment solutions. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, optimizing customer experiences, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the product ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.




Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation, discovery, and design through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, sales, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
Manage and maintain product backlogs using Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
Create detailed product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
Drive innovations across payment products involving credit cards, debit cards, transaction processing, and customer engagement capabilities.
