Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced F&B; qualified to lead and standardise food and dietary operations across our PAN-India hospital network. The candidate will be responsible for developing diet SOPs, standardising recipes and ingredients, controlling food costs, and ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and compliance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement standardised Diet and Kitchen SOPs for all hospitals.
Create standard recipes, ingredient specifications, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
Coordinate with doctors and dietitians to develop patient-specific and therapeutic meal plans.
Standardise vendor selection, raw-material quality, procurement practices, and food-storage processes.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, kitchen operations, and patient meal services.
Establish food-costing, consumption, wastage, inventory, and portion-control systems.




Conduct kitchen audits and ensure compliance with FSSAI and applicable food-safety standards.
Train chefs, kitchen teams, F&B; managers, and service staff across all locations.
Support the opening and setup of kitchens at new hospitals.
Analyse location-wise food costs and recommend operational improvements.
Travel regularly to hospitals across India for implementation, training, and audits.
Prepare and present periodic performance and compliance reports to management.

Candidate Requirements
Significant experience in F&B; leadership, corporate kitchen operations, or food-cost control.
Relevant experience in the hospital or hotel industry is essential.
Experience managing multi-location or PAN-India F&B; operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, recipe standardisation, food costing, procurement, inventory, and kitchen audits.
Understanding of therapeutic diets and hospital food services will be an advantage.
