Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead Pebble’s entire brand marketing function.
This role goes far beyond managing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for shaping how consumers discover, experience and connect with Pebble across every touchpoint, from product launches and social content to creator partnerships, community initiatives, PR, experiential events and digital growth.
You’ll work at the intersection of brand, culture, fitness and technology to make Pebble one of India’s most loved wearable brands.
What You’ll Own
Brand Strategy
• Define and evolve Pebble’s brand positioning, personality and storytelling.
• Build a culturally relevant, digital-first brand that resonates with Gen Z and Millennials.
• Ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Modern Marketing & Growth
• Lead integrated, digital-first marketing campaigns across social, creators, PR, ecommerce and experiential channels.
• Develop launch strategies that generate conversation, not just impressions.
• Stay on top of emerging marketing trends, platforms and consumer behaviour.
• Experiment with current formats, partnerships and growth opportunities.
Social & Content
• Own Pebble’s content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms.
• Drive engaging, culturally relevant content that builds affinity and community.
• Work closely with creative teams to bring campaigns and stories to life.
