Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing and Training role based in Mohali district. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and content platforms for MSDM and its clients.



The team member will design and deliver training sessions on core digital marketing topics, mentor learners, and support them with practical assignments and mock interviews. Responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with colleagues to improve course quality and marketing outcomes. The role also includes interacting with prospective learners, supporting admissions or sales efforts when needed, and ensuring a professional learning workplace.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain concepts to learners at different levels.
Practical Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience planning and running campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Training and mentoring skills, with the ability to design structure
