Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at Laurel High Global School in Rajahmundry. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates.



The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs, develop strong employer branding strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Communication, networking, and organizational skills will be essential in effectively engaging with potential hires and maintaining a talent pipeline.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment practices
Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience in developing and executing Employer Branding initiatives
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Adept at using recruitment tools, methodologies, and platforms
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Experience in educational or institutional hiring is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
