Role Description:

The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities for loan and financial consulting services, focusing on customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and relationship management. This full-time role is on-site and based in Gurgaon.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the loan process.

The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations and credit teams to streamline end-to-end loan solutioning, maintain robust relationships with banking partners, and provide accurate product information to clients. The role also involves preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and contributing to strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth and customer-first philosophy.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in sales management within financial services, lending, or banking, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation to drive revenue and build long-term partnerships.
