We are looking for a Team Leader - Operations who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensure smooth execution across teams and programs, and help us build systems that allow a fast-growing organisation to scale without losing speed or quality. You will work closely with leadership, mentors, trainers, learners and internal teams to make sure that ideas move from planning to execution seamlessly.
Role & Responsibilities
Program & Cohort Operations
Own end-to-end operational execution of cohorts, workshops, bootcamps and learning programs.
Coordinate schedules, sessions, mentors, speakers, learners and internal teams.
Ensure sessions, events and program deliverables are executed on time.
Track learner participation, attendance, engagement and overall program experience.
Identify operational gaps and resolve issues proactively.
Internal Coordination
Act as a key coordination point between leadership, mentors, trainers and internal teams.
Maintain transparent communication and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure tasks, deadlines and deliverables are tracked to completion.
Prepare operational trackers, reports and dashboards for leadership.
Support leadership with day-to-day execution and special projects.
Process & Systems
Build, document and improve SOPs for recurring operational activities.
Identify repetitive tasks and introduce automation wherever possible.
Maintain accurate databases, trackers and operational documentation.
Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve turnaround time, quality and learner experience.
Learner & Customer Experience
Ensure a smooth experience for learners from onboarding to program completion.
Handle operational queries and coordinate with releva
