Role Title: QA Lead (Veeva IVA, RTE and Pharma Digital QA)

Role Summary:
The QA Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the QA team supporting Veeva-based pharma digital deliverables, with primary focus on Interactive Visual Aids/CLM presentations and Rep Triggered Emails/Approved Emails. This role requires a hands-on QA professional who can guide testing strategy, review execution quality, manage workload across the QA team, and personally contribute to testing where needed. The resource should bring robust practical experience in Veeva PromoMats, Salesforce/Veeva CRM, IVA/CLM workflows, RTE/approved email testing, and pharma digital compliance expectations. In addition, the role will support QA for DTC and HCP websites, ensuring that all deliverables are functionally accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and aligned with client, brand, regulatory, and platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. QA Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a large QA team responsible for testing Veeva IVA/CLM presentations, RTE/approved emails, pharma websites,



landing pages, and web banners across high-volume delivery environments.
Own test planning, effort estimation, task allocation, daily tracking, defect triage, and QA status reporting across multiple brands, markets, workstreams, high-volume deliverables, and compressed timelines.
Demonstrate proven ability to manage peak workloads, rapid turnarounds, shifting priorities, and parallel releases while maintaining quality, compliance, and team productivity.
Provide hands-on functional, platform, and compliance guidance to QA team members and ensure consistency in testing quality and documentation.
Act as the QA point of contact for project managers, developers, content authors, creative teams, MLR/regulatory stakeholders, and client teams.
