Role Overview

The Project Manager – Defence Programs will be responsible for driving project tracking, documentation, compliance, and cross-functional coordination across all internal teams (Engineering, Production, SCM, Quality, Legal, and Compliance).



This role ensures on-time and proactive coordination towards ensuring timely delivery of complex Unmanned Aerial Systems programs while maintaining aerospace standards, documentation rigour, and certification compliance.

This position offers full lifecycle exposure to cutting-edge defence programs — from development through certification and production — in a rapid-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Coordination

Own and maintain project trackers for deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risk flags across multiple teams: Production, SCM, Quality, Engineering, and Support Functions.

Drive schedule adherence, task allocation, and daily progress tracking through digital tools (ClickUp, MS Project, or equivalent).

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Production, Finance, IT, Admin, etc) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
