Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with strong Salesforce Administration and production-support experience.

The role will be responsible for the administration, support, security, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and related SFMC capabilities. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and support teams to maintain platform stability, resolve incidents, implement enhancements and ensure secure and compliant Salesforce operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Salesforce Administration experience along with practical exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, and robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Administration & Support

Assess, triage and resolve Salesforce incidents, service requests and user issues within defined service levels.




Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to configuration, data, integrations and user access.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Handle service requests such as:
User provisioning and access changes
Permission and role updates
Report and dashboard creation/modification
Data extraction and bulk data updates
Data patching and data-quality activities
Administer Salesforce users, licenses, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues and public groups.
Support sandbox management and configuration changes across Salesforce environments.
Monitor platform health, data quality, integrations, scheduled jobs and system usage.
Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, data quality and operational efficiency.
