As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining
strong customer relationships and driving business growth. Your primary
responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a
positive and satisfying experience for our clients. You will be the first point
of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and
providing accurate information via phone, email, chat, and door-to-door visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a timely and
professional response to inquiries.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing effective solutions and
maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date product/service information to customers,
ensuring they are well-informed.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to offer
accurate guidance to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues
when necessary.




* Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure their needs are met and to
gather feedback for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future
reference and analysis.
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to offer relevant
and competitive solutions to customers.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer
service strategies and improvements.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain customer
confidentiality at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar
industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
communicate effectively with diverse customer segments.
* Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think
critically and offer creative solutions.
