Job Summary:
Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager to support the Accounts & Finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Accounts Manager in managing daily accounting operations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Perform bank, customer, supplier, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
Verify accounting entries, invoices, and supporting documents.




Assist with audits and VAT/tax-related activities.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.
Support the Accounts Manager in other finance-related activities as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Strong reconciliation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
