Role Overview
This is not a traditional assistant role. You will function as the Founder’s right hand, operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication.
You will bring structure to chaos, speed to decisions, and precision to execution—freeing the Founder to focus on vision, partnerships, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Founder Office Management
· Own and manage the Founder’s calendar with strategic prioritization (not just scheduling)
· Prepare daily briefs: meetings, context, stakeholders, outcomes expected
· Track commitments, follow-ups, and ensure closure
2. Strategic Execution Support
· Translate ideas into action plans, trackers, and deliverables
· Drive cross-functional coordination across programs, partnerships, and teams
· Monitor key initiatives (robotics leagues, school programs, fellowships) and flag risks early

Communication & Representation
· Draft high-quality emails, proposals, and internal notes in the Founder’s voice
· Interface with senior stakeholders: school leaders, CSR heads, partners, and global networks
· Represent the Founder in select meetings when required
4. Program & Project Management
· Support execution of flagship initiatives (AI/robotics programs, competitions, partnerships)
· Build dashboards and track outcomes (students impacted, milestones, deliverables)
· Ensure operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects
5. Research & Decision Support
· Conduct quick-turn research on partners, markets, talent, and opportunities
· Prepare concise briefs for decision-making
· Benchmark best practices (global STEM, robotics ecosystems, etc.)
6. Personal Effectiveness Enablement
· Manage travel, logistics, and high-stakes schedules seamlessly
· Create systems that improve Founder productivity and focus
