About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Government Sales Executive to drive business development and sales through government departments, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other government/PSU accounts.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in government sales, tender management, institutional sales, and government procurement processes, preferably within the healthcare/medical equipment/pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within government hospitals, healthcare institutions, PSUs, and government departments.
Manage and develop relationships with key government stakeholders, purchase departments, biomedical teams, consultants, and decision-makers.
Track and participate in government tenders, GeM opportunities, rate contracts, and institutional procurement processes.
Monitor tender portals and identify relevant business opportunities.
Coordinate the complete tender process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, clarification, negotiation, and order execution.




Prepare quotations, technical/commercial documents, compliance statements, and other tender-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Service, Clinical/Application, Finance, and Management to ensure smooth execution of government orders.
Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, installations, payments, and other post-sales requirements.
Conduct regular visits to government hospitals, departments, and institutions to understand requirements and build strong skilled relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and business development objectives.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, tenders, orders, and customer interactions.
Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and upcoming government requirements.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.
