Role Description The Sous Chef Conti will support the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day Continental kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and quality control. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves supervising kitchen staff,



coordinating shifts, and ensuring that all recipes and standards are followed consistently across multiple brands. The individual will assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management, while maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. The Sous Chef Conti will also help train team members, monitor performance, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely, productive service. In addition, the role includes contributing to new product development, optimizing processes, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement in the kitchen.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Continental cuisine, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
Skills in kitchen operations such as staff supervision, shift coordination, inventory control, and adherence to recipes and SOPs.
