Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager for our Air Filters/HVAC division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and leading a high-performing sales team within the HVAC industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of air filtration systems,



cleanroom applications, and market dynamics, along with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships while consistently delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Air Filters segment.
Identify market opportunities and expand business across Gujarat & Madhya Pradhesh

Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, and industrial clients.
Drive market penetration and strengthen the company’s presence in key sectors.

Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Sales Planning & Reporting
Develop accurate sales forecasts and monitor key performan
