ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a proven understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, and audience segmentation.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.




Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
Track and analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
REQUIREMENTS
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Robust understanding of campaign optimization and audience targeting.
Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
