Role Description The Real Estate Sales Associate Manager – North Bengaluru will drive primary real estate sales and manage client relationships across the North Bengaluru market. This full-time, in office role is based in Koramangala and involves overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial projects, conducting property presentations, and supporting buyers through the end-to-end transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, coordinating site visits,



negotiating offers, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also includes collaborating with builders and internal teams, tracking sales performance, and providing market insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service skills and a client-centric approach.
Sound understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with the ability to explain project details clearly.
Proven Sales experience in real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Possession of a valid Real Estate License where applicable, and familiarity with local real estate regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
